Our current selling market is the United States.

Production time and shipping time are separate.

Estimated fulfillment or delivery times are provided as estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, product availability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the time stated on our website.

Federal rules require online sellers to have a reasonable basis for advertised shipping timeframes and to address delays appropriately if they cannot meet those promises.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because our products are generally made to order, we do not normally accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selected by the customer
Incorrect color selected by the customer
Incorrect phone model selected by the customer
Preference for another design after purchase

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us so we can review the issue.

Our fulfillment partner also treats made-to-order products differently from conventional retail inventory and does not generally accept buyer-remorse, size, or color returns.

Customers are responsible for reviewing available product information and size guides before ordering.

Sizing can vary between garments and manufacturers.

If you receive the size you ordered but the fit differs from your personal preference, this is generally not considered a product defect.

If an item is mislabeled or you receive a different size from the one ordered, please contact us.
